         <description><![CDATA[<p>I agree-on top of all that, Atty #1 was wrong about having to object again-the objection is preserved (I beleive) because the coourt reporter is not re-asking the question, she (or he) is just relating what had happened on the record.  Thus the objection previously made is still there.  That's why, when I am questioning and the witness asks me to repeat the question, I just ask the court reporter to read it back</p>]]></description>
