         <description><![CDATA[<p>All good and well, but where someone can really get screwed is when they are pro per.</p>

<p>Since pro per parties can't get attorney fees sanctions, the best they can hope for is a few dollars if they had copying fees, parking costs, etc.  Attorneys know this so they have no fear in making the most bogus objections which really creates more work for the courts.</p>

<p>I wish something would change on this side.</p>]]></description>
